| | |Herb is a master instructor for Portland NET. He began instructing with us in 2018. Since then, he has instructed on numerous topics for 47 NET classes and counting. He has also instructed at Final Field Exercises, and at the Benson High School Disaster Academy. He has particularly made contributions to our radio communications curriculum.
