During a citywide or regional emergency such as a severe winter storm, flood, or major earthquake, volunteer neighborhood rescuers will likely be first on-the-scene when firefighters and police are slowed by impassable streets or overwhelmed by calls for help. |
Overview
The Markham Neighborhood Emergency Team (NET) welcomes anyone interested in emergency preparedness, regardless of whether they have completed NET training. Our neighborhood and our city need you. Meetings
We Typically meet on the 2nd Wednesday each month from 7-8:30 PM at Fire Station #18 (8720 SW 30th Ave, 1 block north of Chevron on Barbur Blvd).
