|Leadership and work on CDEs.
|From the first day Jeff joined the planning committee for the Citywide Deployment Exercise (CDE), he brought in valuable training ideas. He worked with the exercise designer to fine tune his first CDE experience. The following CDE, Jeff took on the role of Exercise Designer, almost single handedly doing the design, Proctor evaluation forms and team scenarios. Since then, he has created a team within our team focused on the overall scenario design.

Jeff joined the Friends of Portland NET (FPN) board in the spring of 2022, after he heard me mention FPN on a Wednesday night NET training. It took no time at all for Jeff to lead us on our Strategic Plan. He devised a plan structure and facilitated a four hour initial meeting where we brainstormed, filling in a canvas. Since that meeting, in March, we have used this canvas at every bi-weekly meeting to continue to build on the plan. Jeff also took on the role of Secretary for FPN, and later Chair.
