	The Sgt. Jerome F. Sears U.S. Army Reserve Center ("Sears Center") is a facility ~~intended~~ to serve as a west-side ~~EOC~~ for PBEM. However, it has never been prepared for that purpose and the building is not accessible to the public at this time.
