Q: Why are some of the rows grey and others white?

A: The tool uses color to set apart alternating Duty Officer shifts. You can see this more apparently in the DO calendar window, where there is a column titled "DO/BUDO". You'll see that events are grouped in color (either grey or white) as DO shifts change.
