Winlink is a software product that, combined with radio hardware, can send email messages over radio frequencies. Winlink includes templates for many forms, including ICS forms. A radio operator can also attach other documents to these emails. Most AROs will not need to use it. But it is a valuable skill to have. There will be future training for people who want to set up to use Winlink. Watch for those announcements if you are interested.
