The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration has developed a free, mobile web app of its Emergency Response Guidebook 2020 (ERG). The new safety tool provides the nation's emergency responders with fast, easily accessible information to help them manage hazardous material incidents.

The Emergency Response Decision Support System (ERDSS) provides first responders with decision support for hazardous environments contaminated with chemical agents.
Not yet tested by PBEM, but this could be a great resource for VSF 11 NETs. From the website: Food donation and rescue software that makes it easy for businesses and institutions to donate surplus food and goods directly to local nonprofits.
