NET Earthquake Plan Surveys
The purpose of this article is to guide NET volunteers through the multiple surveys that build a NET Earthquake Plan.
I.) NET EQ Plan: Cover Sheet
1.) Team Name
This is a drop-down menu, and every NET recognized by PBEM is on this list. If a NET does not appear on the list or if a team is changing their name, the Team Leader should discontinue the survey and contact their PBEM Representative.
2.) NET Team Leader Name
This should be the name of the blue-skies Team Leader, not the Incident Team Leader (ITL); that position will be inputted later in the template.
3.) Team Organizing Framework

4.) Primary Staging Area: Name
The name of the staging area should have some association with its location. For example, if the staging area is on the northwest corner of Arbor Lodge Park, an appropriate name for the staging area could be "Arbor Lodge Park".
5.) Primary Staging Area: Coordinates
Teams should decide on the precise location of their staging area and publish the information as a set of coordinates. There are many tools available to find the coordinates, but a really simple method is to use Google Maps (see video I.5.)
