Each NET Subnet Conrol Operator (SNC) should use an ICS Form 214 to record the activities of their station in their role as Unit Leader. Assuming you are serving as a NET SNC:
* Log your name and the date and time your station’s activation at the top.
* Log your name as the Unit Leader in Box 5.  The date and time your station’s activation should go in boxes 2 and 3.
* Also record your Name and Time In in the roster section. Do the same for any other operators or scribes serving with you.
