At this station, Trainees will use dry chem ABC fire extinguishers to put out a large fire on a burn pan. Trainees should be ready to use the PASS method. Instructor will also review shutting off a water main. Usually held at Training Area A.

Trainees will safely extricate an exercise dummy from underneath a one-ton (or larger) concrete slab using wrecking bars and cribbing blocks. Scene sizeup is also important for this station. Usually held at Training Area B.
