Get Involved Support your neighborhood by volunteering to be a Neighborhood Emergency Team (NET) member. During a citywide or regional emergency such as a severe winter storm, flood, or major earthquake, volunteer neighborhood rescuers will likely be first on-the-scene when firefighters and police are slowed by impassable streets or overwhelmed by calls for help.

Our team includes Hazelwood, Mill Park, and Powellhurst-Gilbert neighborhoods.

We meet first Thursdays every month from 7:00-8:30 pm, though we may end the meetings before 8:30 pm. If you have any questions please email hmp.teamleader@gmail.com .

Please note due to COVID-19, all team meetings are held via Zoom until further notice. For more information and to attend please email hmp.teamleader@gmail.com .
