== Morning Site Setup ==
Consider picking up a pint of half & half for coffee. There is a 7/11 on northbound 122nd on the way from I-84. 

=== Arrive 0730-0745. Patient Actors and Moulage Artists arrive at 0800. ===
Unlock Blue Shed. The code is in LastPass.

=== Open conex, retrieve needed supplies ===

* Helmets (12/box)
* Chin straps
* Vests (50/box)
* Backpack covers (50/box)
* FOGs
* Scholarship kits (usually 6/box; check for notes from Prepare Smart about any missing parts)
* Scholarship radios (each box of Motorola GXT1000s contains a pair, with a single charging station)

=== Each Station ===

* 1 GMRS radio (Channel 16 is recommended on low TX power. Channels 14 and 15 get traffic from warehouses.)
* Water for instructor, and students if possible
* If cold, hand warmers
* If hot or raining, consider pop-up canopies for cribbing and SAR. Fire Extinguishers & Utility Shutoff can usually use the first floor of the SAR Tower for the intro part.

=== Main Classroom ===

* Take photos of the classroom to document setup, and condition. Refer to these during cleanup, and save in case there are questions later.
* Make coffee for class and patient actors (Blue Shed)
* Load out tables and chairs for moulage (Blue Shed); deliver with the sign-in sheet and coffee

== Rotation Schedule ==

* 0830     Unlock front doors
* 0845-ish Show the first few trainees who arrive how to assemble their helmet and chin strap, and ask them to propagate the knowledge as people show up. Works like a charm, but do still quickly run through the process at the beginning of the safety briefing just to be sure.
* 0900     Safety briefing

* Ensure all doors are locked, side emergency exits and the back door to the field.
* Log off desktop computer if you used it.
* Shut off lights.
* Set alarm when you leave and ensure front door is locked.
