The [http://www.pcc.edu/about/locations/cascade/ PCC Cascade Campus] at 705 N Killingsworth Street is situated in Portland’s Humboldt neighborhood. Because there can be thousands of people on this campus at any given time, the college has organized a Campus Community Emergency Response Team (C-CERT). The team meets quarterly and consists of faculty, staff, and students. They are working on outreach within the PCC Cascade community, as well as developing deployment plans in case a major emergency occurs while the college is open. Because the campus population is so large, this team works separately from the [[Teams/Humboldt|Humboldt NET]]. However, the two teams are in communication with each other.
